I have a minidump file, although I cannot access it, it says see administrator.
Maybe I have messed up Admin and users. If I go into reg edit to HK_USERS I have .DEFAULT S-1-5-18 S-1-5-19 S-1-5-20 S-1-5-21-872452632-1457689725-261575806-1001 S-1-5-21-872452632-1457689725-261575806-1001_Classes I am the only one using this computer. It looks like 21 is the current user (me), but that there are other old users or different Microsoft accounts. From my previous windows install. The errors keep pointing to S-1-5-18 or S-1-5-19 who have no right to access memory it seems or a component. What should I do to be able to open the minidump file. It seems my user even if he can open file as admin is not 100% admin. |

" Check if you have admin rights in Command Prompt, if yes, use the following command: control userpasswords2 This command will show a new window, click in your profile, then "Properties" and finally "Group Association" tab (Something like that) set as Administrator. |

I saw another minidump from today and it suggested that a faulty module which caused a blue screen was NORTON and I did live update (100MB) *after holiday*
I will check the outcomes. |

" Interesting, to be honest with you, saying by myself I did not use antiviruses since 2015, the last antivirus that I had a good experience was Trend Micro licensed for all PCs, however it caused performance issues with some games, not PoE. I am not suggesting to not use it, but give a try uninstalling maybe just as a testing purpose and check if still failing. The minidump shared there is a generic bugcheck and module failure, which can indicate a potentially driver issue or not, caused by software... |
