Why doesn't GGG disable chaos recipe just for one league?
i dont understand the motive behind this stupid idea, and the fact that it comes from a sock account and not your actual account just adds to it. why not post this under your real account? according to this account you dont even play leagues. chaos recipe is fine, i like doing it,it guarantees instant chaos rather than just waiting for something to sell in your stash,if you wouldn't be lazy then you would do it too.

It shouldn't count where an idea comes from, stupid people can have good ideas, too...
I think that even good things can be overturned for a short duration because of the joy of change and what if we found something better. |

" Well maybe you are right, but you need to farm no-life full day to gather 160 recipes, so if we assume you played straight 12 hours you need to gather one recipe every 4-5 minutes thats actually a very intense gameplay and its ok if it is rewarded imo. More realistically is exalt per day actually, and for more casual player maybe even less, because not everyone can play the game that much and with that pace. dead game

Yes it will probably be lower next league. Incursion gave somewhat more rares than the corresponding league mechanics last three leagues. And I'm not sure 3-4 ex might be flashback.

The funny thing is that from so much rare items you probably would have some decent rolls but recognizing them needs some brain and trading (especially rare item trading) is really bad.
Maybe now that the delve machine collect us the loot it will be easier to identify rares... |

" so wouldnt that take up more time for those who "have a job" than collecting unid stuff and getting instant chaos? |

Identifying is fun to do and I play for fun even if there is a shorter boring way to win. I always identify good bases (two stone rings, two-toned boots etc), but there is too small chance to get a good item. For me personally a unique item with "rare items have 10% chance to drop identified" affix would solve the issue because it takes 1sec to decide whether to pick up an identified rare (i really enjoy "items drop identified" sextants). But it takes far too much time and energy to pick it up, identify it then drop it.

Wow, people will complain about ANYTHING it seems.
As someone who isn't entirely clueless when it comes to economics, let me tell you... If they disabled the chaos recipe, you'd be back complaining almost INSTANTLY. Why? The price of chaos would shoot up so high, that virtually every drop would then be worthless: higher chaos prices mean that you couldn't use mastercrafts as readily, which also in turn would make it even HARDER to get good gear. While I do make solid use of the recipe, it only accounts for a small fraction of the income I made for Incursion league. However, it's definitely in the lead for "casual-friendly" routes for making wealth. >50% of what I've made came from selling NON-jewelry rares. (I've tried diverting some jewelry with ideal basetypes to ID first, but... No, it actually ISN'T worth it.) And here the OP is, posting and whining from the anonymity of an alternate account, yet being pushy on a highly destructive demand, for a reason that boils down to them just not being terribly good at the game. This is evidenced with their need to try and attack those that don't suck with insinuations that they must be no-lifers while simultaneously suggesting that they are somehow an upstanding, hard-working person by comparison. In short: like I've been seeing a ton more often lately, the OP is just someone that needs to git gud. I use mastercrafting regularly but do not remember ever using one which needed chaos.
Again it does not matter who I am. If this wasn't a somewhat relevant question, nobody would bother with it. I have problem with the recipe because it is very repetitive to do. Kind of funny that if you want to use your brain and identify them to get some fun out of it, you loose half of the profit. This should be reversed. Just imagine how much better chaos recipe would be if you could identify items for the same reward. But for me even so it would be too much mindless work. I will only check rares if they drop identified. The goal of the post is to check, if there are similar players than me. Besides GGG sometimes check popular posts. It seems I'm alone so there will be no change, still was worth a shot. |

I do admit doing chaos recipe is kinda boring, but taking it away would break SSF big time. Honestly as someone who plays SSF I wish there were more options to farm some of the crafting orbs, not less. Right now some crafting options are pretty much just decorations, no SSF player can really ever touch those.
For trading leagues it's a very different story, I guess. Dernière édition par vmt80#6169, le 14 août 2018 à 08:19:01
