Even with boosted bleed, Fist of War is 35% more damage while old Ruthless is 45%, considering cooldowns and amount of attacks.

After looking at the numbers and using new Hegemony's unfortunately the build lost about 10% of damage simply because of weapon.

How are you getting 35%? I'm seeing more like 70% when putting it in POB, given it should be going off every other attack (you might need to lower attack speed a tiny bit to get that, though just taking your mace PoB as it is it's already super close to a 0.9 second attack time, just needs to be slightly slower). 35% means you are getting it every 4th attack, which is way too much attack speed for Earthquake, that means you are hitting more often than every 0.6 seconds (~1.666 attacks per second). Even if it goes off every third attack, that should be ~46% more.

Also, it's BETTER in reality than on paper, not the reverse, since any downtime makes FoW better. If you one shot a pack and then leap to the next, it'll likely be back up, meaning you have the damage boost up more often than the simulation would expect.

I raalize that FOW is still being discussed, but for the mace version POB also shows me Bloodlust as a strong contender and for the staff version in addition to that also Multistrike.
I am pretty sure these are not listed in the guide/POB for a reason but could you tell me why?

Fist of War is fantastic for very very slow builds, but honestly i greatly prefer at least 2 attacks per second MINIMUM.

Any reason to get CWDT up to level 20? In all other builds in past leagues, I never go beyond lvl 6 to trigger the supported skills. Isn't leveling CWDT to lvl 20 make it worse?
