Is RNG too much in this game ?

Seriously , i think RNG in this game is way too much . Mapping , Loot , Craft , slam or roll mods ... all depend on RNG , challenge is also RNG .

Well thats your typical ARPG game i would say ;)
The only thing that should NOT be so RNG gated are quests (like the Zana quest, impossible to finish due to RNG, it is like we are all on a quest line which end in "find a mirror" in this game....but then again, i have more hope in finding a mirror then finishing this quest :() |

The purpose of RNG in this game is ethical because its purpose is to create an economy of supply and demand. Some are lucky like Trump who was born rich, therefore whenever he tells lies that steals millions and people still give him a 2nd and 10,000th chance because he has money. While if you were born in the poor house you'll get tossed in jail for stealing some food.
Huge variance of fortunes in reality and therefore to simulate this, there is massive RNG in PoE. |
