[3.6] Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist

The leveling tree section of this build is extremely outdated and useless, meaning the whole guide is pointless. How can I know where to place points if it's all wrong? I'm an idiot. Can you fix?

Ok I will try to help and put together the leveling parts in new skill trees... I hope this is OK for DirtyDot, welcome to use them or adapt them for your guide and just paste them in as my passive build will be a bit different...

Up until 23 points:

And move on to the finished version that I am doing... but you can always change around, if you feel you lack damage you focus on the elemental damage nodes first, if you feel like defense is a problem, grab more life and phase acrobatics earlier :)

So BV got nerfed a bit but is still strong as fuck, glad I can once again use this as my league starter.

@DirtyDot have you updated, or are you going to update, anything on the guide for 3.5? I assume the skill tree obviously, but what about movement speed skills with the dual wield change.

Also, as others have stated, how good is the bone helm vs starkonja? Seems like we were dex starved before & even more so now. Wondering how you can make the bone helmet PLUS your dex requirements work.

There's a drop down menu on the bottom left I believe. It will say 114 Pontos, you can swap between the different amounts, as you level, there.

The nerf from 10% to 5% is marginal. It is not that big of a deal due to the immense damage you are putting out with BV already.

But these are two different things. Pure BV damage has never been an issue, and that Inpulsa mod is not related to it at all. It is all about aoe clearing, which doesn't scale of spell damage and crit and therefore needs help now. Having said that, I've never used the 5% Inpulsa, so maybe I am overdoing it, but then there's no such thing as too much aoe.

Guess it depends on what your wanting to do boss farming, fast map clearing and so forth.

I am not writing this guide for top streamers, it is written with average player using average gear in mind. Once you understand the build well, you can tweak it to match your needs and playstyle.
