No uniques are required for this to work. None. What more do you need to make it work in SSF ? Yes getting Wasps or Scourges is very nice but you can use a rare claw.
Since you've chosen to play SSF you're much more a slave to RNG than regular players no matter what build you chose.

Thanks for the answer. What stats would look for on the offhand weapon using rare weapons? Since the weapon damage stats are local and we don't really profit from X% gain dmg as ele I'm not sure if using a shield would be better with high life and res until I can farm scourge claws. Ofc you would lose the dual wield bonus which is a lot :/

First of all, this build looks and sounds amazing and I am highly eager to try it in the Betrayal season!

Now with no substancial changes coming with todays patch you already noted that the passive skill tree will probably stay the same, which is great.

Since you say in your introductory PROs that this is a 2-button-build (which is awesome!) and the main attack (Spectral Thrwo) is a projectile skill, I was thinking if maybe it would be possible to perhaps swap it with one of the new projectile skills that are Shattering Steel or Lancing Steel.

I'm a returner to PoE and by far no expert but I would love to try out the new attack skill and sice theres quite a few points in this build's passive skill tree that support projectile damage and speed I was wondering if this might possibly work.

Thank you so much for all the work you put into this build! I really can't wait to put it to the test!
