Y, Thats what I understood too.

Is there going to be much changes on the passive tree? I made my own PoB tree using your LvL 98 version and would like to update it ASAP.

I guess the 2 most influential changes for this build is Brutal fervour nerf and new vaal pact.

Also little PS. sorry if i was causing confusion about Bisco's Collar

i thought "Chance to drop from monsters has been greatly reduced" meant that Quantity% was being greatly reduced. My bad.

Melee shotgun was just confirmed the other night. I think this may be really strong.

Got kaoms heart with a perfect fire roll. Should I use added fire damage as a potential 6th link on my flicker setup or should I stick to fortify/something else?
