i wonder if the 1% mana regen scale with the normal % increased mana regen from tree.
for example you have 1% of your mana regen per second what happens if you have 180% mana regen on tree?

That 1% mana regen DOES scale with % increased mana regen from the tree and gear.

Unless something is changed in beta, I know it works because currently the inquisitor node Pious Path have a similiar effect on consecrated ground (4% of maximum mana regenerated per second).

I am currently using that on my MoM FreezePulse inquisitor, and I get like 300 extra flat mana regen when I stand on consecrated ground with a mana pool of 2200. If it didnt scale I would only get like 88 extra flat mana regen.

impressive, than we can get a super high % of mana regen to basically take most of the damage into life before mana and sustain our mana, maybe with this patch it will be worth spending some points into max mana .. and use flat mana items to basically have 2 life pools

still hate the base item, but love the stats

Will the current/legacy CoD gain new stats after divining? I believe flat mana bonus will be rolled from updated brackets since this is the same mod but what about the current 10% on legacy versions vs the new 20% and the old increased regen vs new regen?

So we have 50% MoM with this item?
