Still new to path of building, but discharge seems to have no dmg there. Anyone know why? Also can you make recommendation on what to improve next?

Did a couple of deathless shapers this league with this build. Granted you have to engage with the mechanics, but its honestly an easy fight.

" Mine feels the same. Trash mobs go down quick enough but bosses take forever. I have EE and nothing I can spot that adds damage besides my ring that adds cold damage. |
