well that's the expensive side of the build, compared to norse. BTW if you haven't 6linked your disfavour, there is a cheaper and better way to get off-colors.

It will be 5x cheaper as long as you haven't 6linked your axe.

if u are able to get this build in HC, it's the best way to not die.. tc + enfeeble in every map and much quality and effect + 6k life + 80% mitigation with flask..

idk how u get that 6k life.. i cant even hit 5.5 k.... head hunter, non legacy carnage heart, 90 life on both rings.. helm 90 life. glove 85 life.. boot 85 life.. still 5.2 k

u are doing something wrong maybe

Helm enchant - 30%
Necklace - 10%
Less duration gem - 59%
Rapid decay gem - 15%
Total - 114% reduced skill duration

Does going over 100% provide additional benefit? At 100% it's instant cast, at 114% it's still instant cast, no?

skill duration is multiplicative mate. With my setup the most i can get is 0.25 seconds aftershocks.

Ohh I see! I feel like carnage heart is better though since the damage double dips, what do you think?

well carnage heart really does give a good amount of damage plus other stats, time piece just feels smoother. with it's extra attack speed and reduction on skill duration, i feel that it is the best necklace for this build.

If you want a carnage heart setup, I feel norse's build is more suited for you.

How do you have enough mana to earthquake? With 96% mana reservation it seems like EQ uses up 100% of your mana on a single use?
