what do u mean vortex 10k dps is not bad?....
can you elaborate more on that?
I had 5 times more dps and it was bad.

actually, this is a buff. There are other gems, which will give more dmg and we can replace decay wand with pure spell wand. Good decay wand was very hard to obtain.

Also, we can go crit ways by using dagger => whirling blades as movement, much faster
