" I have 78% block all the times so i dont need rumis. But yes, if you dont want to put some points into blocking, you can put them into spell dmg and use rumis. But as i said, i dont like using flasks :) A couple of questions plz: -in screenshot there are 67/67 only for blocks.. How up to 78% ? -and what the max block too ?)
