: the fortify wheel in the passive tree should be a permanent buff to the build since we got permanent fortify.

Oh i had though about that wheeland but after test ,I decide it not woth so much SP
1.We need 8 SP to get it
2.minor nodes give us 10%phydamage when regular melee nodes gives 12+
Only reason to grab it is 10 incr.effect of fortify,but we losing much points.
