Why Poe is becoming PAY TO WIN GAME - free discusion

I do feel dirty but stash tabs really fixed the following.

1. Whole organizing and making alt accounts.
2. You can make dumping tab from quad stash tab to keep running maps, you can organize items later when you are eating or doing other things that you have to do.
3. You can collect 1500 vaal orbs for vorici craft which is rather almost impossible with default stash tabs.
4. You can listed items much easier on premium stash tabs instead of fiddling around with text codes.
5. Map stash tabs so you dont have to combine them and you can actually manipulate elder and shaper influence.

Haven´t read through the whole thing here and is certainly not gonna bother doing so, because this is not that all interesting when you think about it.

The thing is with Pay2Win games is that when players who DO choose to pay for some kind of package(s) they DO get some advantages over other players who has chosen not to dish out money for the same/similar packages. It usually just saves you some time, instead of having to grind as much if you choose not to pay them.
And in most Free2Play games it is up to the players themselves to choose what to do.

I am a new player of path of Exile and such but I do have a hard time actually seeing exactly WHAT is the Pay2Win in this game here. Because all I do see that is possible to pay for here in MOST cases is... well... Cosmetics.

I can´t find the option of Pay us, like say... £25 and be able to instantly Level a Character from Level 1 to instant Level 100, or something. I can´t see the option of BUY this Package now for another £25 and get these super duper uber Weapons and SPECIAL items in path of Exile and then laugh over other players who do not have this kind of things.

And even if it were possible to have things like this instant lvl 100 thing for this game I wouldn´t actually ever bothered buying it. Because I actually like to work, cry, scream, get frustrated, get excited and to see my Character grow and develop through it all. That is actually a big deal of this kind of game.

And that is all I have to say about that.

Same as in any game. You pay real money and get an advantage, any advantage at all, over someone who didn't pay real money. In the case of WoW, pay $60 and get an instant almost max level character. Pretty easy concept. Luckily Path of Exile has none of this, or a lot of us probably wouldn't be here

Since I started playing this game a week before Christmas 2013, there has been a live thread on this topic. Not sure why. Boredom? Idiocy? Who knows?

I think it's clear to anyone that having premium stash tabs makes playing the game easier to work with and more manageable, especially 'end game'.

Despite this i think at worst this falls into a 'Pay For Convenience" category, not 'P2W'.

Yes this is relay great desiccation, i figure we should have league with only 4 stash tabs to be sure and establish perspectives.

This will effect currency trade, uniq items trade, trade, trade and game play progress...

IF you think GGG give stash tabs to benefit you, oh how mistaken you are.

In offi PoE shop are not p2w items... yah sure :) stash tabs and etc... there is no "p2w"


But there is many non ofic. sites who can provide you currency --- for real money... So yes the game is p2w, if you can buy currency for real money. or ?

Based on my experience and in my opinion, I think they're giving us a lot already. Most games that I've played would've severely limited your inventory space and stash, or "bank" spaces and considering all the content that GGG has provided us, I think its fair. Personally I might invest in more stash tabs as I've come to the point in my casual gaming that I'd like to be able to trade more efficiently and also hoard everything without having to split it up among different characters.

P2W means that u can buy some uber weapon or armor set to clear everything easy or even buy some insta lvl100 scroll - i dont see anything like that...
I even dont see that u can buy currency for real money.

U buy only pets, cosmetics, stash tabs, rng boxes - and even boxes will drop only cosmetics.


Im pretty sure that there is players who sell items for real money, but that dosnt count.
