Is POE too easy?

My first character was a melee ground slam Marauder that I scrapped at level 19. Then I started a Fire Sunmoner Witch and bought an op Searing Touch staff. I'm level 59 now. I have about 36 chaos orbs in currency, so I can afford some pretty godly gear upgrades. I feel the game is too easily beaten. Granted I find myself dying every once in a while. Hardcore seems Iike a good option.

What garbage humble brag. Congratulations on being slightly above average at ARPG's. This post offers absolutely nothing of value. 36 chaos orbs now means godly upgrades I guess? God this is ridiculous. Please go play HC, or don't, no one cares.

IMO it's not easy yet at the same time not too hard. If you want a challenge go melee as the class you chose was a more easy one also you may want to go hatdcore/

Do maps, then come back.

Godly gear upgrades with the average wealth of most PoE players? Yeah, sure.

youve never even done an end game map and your calling the game to easy. you should really try hardcore and 36 chaos sadly is not very much, it will get you some good gear but its nothing to be on here bragging about

Actually it's too hard for the average or lower-skilled gamer but this is by design. I introduced PoE to 4 people who played it pretty regularly for a week. Of the 5 of us, I am the only one who currently plays it regularly now. They all said they die to often and it's a drag on their motivation. Everything decision in life has a trade off. The decision to make this a hardcore ARPG will have it's costs in that the player pool will be reduced. It doesn't really bother me because like you, I have the ability as a gamer to adapt and not give up. The gaming masses don't have this ability though.
