Gosh, just delete the char if you dont have the orbs to respec and wasted all the free quest refund points. Its not like lvl 50 or 60 are that hard to get to.

Ironically full respecs have caused me to mess up a build that was previously ok.

Because its designed that way. People will buy regret orbs because of that(Economy?). And ppl will definitely abuse free respec for other reason.
