Remove alt f4 plz.

Players do take that into consideration(especially on HC if we didn't you would see everyone running around as full or almost full dps just alt f4ing everytime something got tough.), but there are times when no matter how careful you have been. If the game goes weird on you at just the right time or just the right way having alt + f4 can save your ass. This in turn reduces the amount of frustration/rage/I quit posts on the forums. If we had complete control all the time then I could see you having an argument but we don't and we won't. There have also been plenty of times where I have alt f4'd due to instability and still ended up being defaulted.

I agree that there should be few seconds of delay to disconnect because it is kinda exploitable as people say and to be honest there is no point in hardcore then.

The drawback of doing this is that if you lag/disconnect or crash you can easily die since the game doesn't kick you instantly.

So basically there's 2 options:

a) instant kick -> exploiters + saves you from crashes/dcs
b) delayed kick -> no exploiters + die from crashes/dcs

Well i havent watched all the top players. But i have seen many examples of them using alt f4 to save them, in legit death situations. So lets assume 10 people in top 20 use alt f4 1 - 3 times. and stays on ladder. whats the fun in the ladder then ?

and ho cares about the rage threads. The rage is what makes the hardcore league fun and exciting to play.. the rage. Simple as that.

it should be 100% competitive nature. And its better if people die to a occasional bug, then having the hardcore nature destroyed.

When you play in hardcore, you should take the technical issues in consideration too. It's HARDCORE after all.

Rage is a full part of PoE, being hard and unforgiving is what is making PoE and the hardcore league good, fun.

I lost my highest level character in hardcore because of a massive server lag in Act 3. Yes i was angry. So fucking what. I was aware, i knew, that i was playing in hardcore. Big deal. That's the game.

And if you are shitty enough to dodge that fact, to bypass death, then YOU ARE the fucking problem.

If you play in hardcore, and die, whatever the cause, and you need to whine and cry on the forums, then YOU ARE the fucking problem.

Easy as that. When you create a character in hardcore you are fully aware that when you die, you die. Whatever the cause.
