It's possible it isn't your name. That you were muted by a moderator who graciously gave you a 10 min warning, but someone from the playerbase thought that you throwing out homophobic slurs was enough to report you. Those reports don't go to moderators, they go directly to devs. The dev could of probably warranted for more.

Either way, let this be a lesson. Don't do it again. In the next 20 hours, hopefully you'll have learned that and you'll be able to talk again - what made you think that saying such things wouldn't be overlooked in the first place baffles me.

Moral of the story, don't act like a 12 year old. I guess.

The question here is. Why do you expect the community to know the answer? We can't read the mods mind and we don't know if it was a glitch or if someone else looked at it and decided different. So if you want answers, ask support, not the community. Because at this point it looks as though you are only looking for a soap box to stand on and complain.

Thing is, that 'joke' is still a slur. And it would STILL have been a slur even if it was funny, which it wasn't.

Just do your time and chill. You'll be able to chat again tomorrow. It's hardly the end of the world. ;)
