Discharge doesn't do 3 attacks when you have all three kinds of charges, it does only one that has all three elements included. Exactly the same as fireball+addedcold+addedlightning, there's nothing there to happen simultaneously. It's only one hit with all three elements and it leaves the target with +25% resist all.

Mark was probably referring to LMPfreezingpulse or LMPfireball or no matter how many sparkies you shit out none will happen to hit at exactly the same time. Just to mention multiple projectile spells are extremely bad for EE, if you debuffed your target -50% to cold and then hit it with LMP+FP all three projectiles hitting, only the first will get -50%, second and third will get +25% leaving you with a total boost of 0 from using EE. No matter that they look like they hit at the same time, it's still three hits, if you used GMP you would actually do less damage with EE then otherwise.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

DOTs don't trigger EE. The combo you mention is good because you have a fast hitting debuff that keeps mobs -50% fire. The fire trap explosion hits, flipping the mobs +25% fire, and then sparks hit very soon thereafter to make the mobs weak -50% again for the burn dot.

DOTs don't trigger EE.


True that, DoTs don't do damage ticks in this game, it's a constant degeneration effect, it doesn't *hit*. For EE to work you have to hit, the hit has to deal damage and it has to be elemental. So you can't for example, induce EE debuff yourself if you take ancestral bond since you can't do damage anymore.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
