Bro Devs created so far ton of support gems including Poe1's development. What makes you think it gonna take more than 5 min to create another one? Of course as i said, testing balance is another thing and takes time and effort to check all possible combinations.

Even a 9 old child can create a new gem having the current old data and some skills about how programming languages works. If Devs need 30 days for a single gem then game release will come in the next century.
