Why don't I have options to spend the last 2 or 4 unused SPIRIT points???

Redicolous choice to put support gem cost to standard values like 10 spirit points. ( 10 , 15 ...etc). After Some Lineage gems or passive nodes, spirit reduction is logically to drop under the limit of 5.


So instead of condemning players having this amount left with no use please make a small effort and implement anything that will help using it such as:


1. Create support gems that cost under the limit of 5 spirit but give significant less and corresponding buff bonus.

2. Give an option to increase weapon power by spending small amount (1-8) of Spirit.

3. Implement a Lineage gem that transforms small Spirit amounts left (1-4) to Mana or Life points.

4. Create an innovative unique Jewel that will spend small amount of Spirit (1-9) to rewrite 1 modifier from a common node in 50% of his power.

I think several of those spirit skills should have at least some range where you can adjust the amount of spirit used to either free up more for other skills at the cost of effectiveness or to use up more to gain more effectiveness.
Because of minions. The number of minions you can summon, depends on how much spirit you have. For example 1 Basic skeletons might cost 42 spirit. Two would cast 84. So cost efficiency effects can allow you to summon more minions. Sometimes you can't use all of you spirit.

Get more thru gear or accept some won't be used.

They exist. Minons skill and utility support gems like vitality or mana regen.

+1 to that but generally anything could help spending those few Spirit points.

No, they don't. They have no range, they reserve a fixed amount. You can't put 5 spirit in vitality to "Regenerate 0,25% of maximum Life per second while a Supported Skill is active", you either reserve 20 spirit to gain 1% or you don't.
And the minion skills also reserve a fixed amount per minion, you can't chose to reserve x spirit less per minion at the cost of damage dealt or something.
Yeah, I can get behind the general idea of "something that eats the leftover Spirit" and turns it into a small bonus. A gem, a passive, whatever. Anything is better than staring at 3-5 Spirit like it's a decorative houseplant.

But if we're talking about 5-ish Spirit, I'm not burning a skill gem slot for that. I'm also not giving up a support slot. My setup is already packed tighter than carry-on luggage: every minion is fully supported, nothing is empty, and any "just slap this in" suggestion is basically asking me to un-optimize the whole build for a tiny leftover-change buff.

So yeah - give us a passive, a small node, a lineage thing, or some built-in scaling on existing Spirit reservations. Just don't make it compete with the same slots I'm using to keep my army from feeling like wet cardboard.
