GGG should focus on 1 game, and that is POE2
|
They don't have the ability and capacity to manage 2 games. They should realise it now!

Poe1 still continues and absorbs all the energy of Devs. That's why new content is a mess.

Actually, I have to say you're quite wrong. Even if they pulled the plug on PoE1, PoE2 still wouldn't be able to leave early access within two years. This is because of the game's development policies and monetization strategy. Ultimately, they can demand microtransactions by adding new things to each league... Who wants to close their gold mine early and leave? Let's be realistic, EA aims to make a lot of money from the game's development time. Just look at the dividend budget they paid Tencent in 2025. And then you'll understand what's really going on.

What they really need is two dedicated teams, one for each game but IMO they don't have the revenue for that.

" Dude, you can't be serious. Have you looked at GGG's data on Wikipedia and their projected activities in 2025? "Grinding Gear Games paid almost NZ$100 million in dividends to Tencent in 2025" h ttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grinding_Gear_Games |

+0 poe > poe2
Poe2 is boring, bad and so tiring... |

Nah, since they decided to brick the speed pace in POE2 with 0.4, they should focus everything on POE1 and simply abandon POE2 development and treat it as a final product in it's current state.
GGG: Please add WASD to POE1 and focus on it. Just brick the speed by half in POE2, the slowpacers will be super happy and 95% of the player base will abandon POE2 and move to POE1. Everyone wins. |
|
" They do, but they also have PoE2 I'm china, which is probably their cash cow... And they are doing massive updates on the engine... They should make seasons 6 months appart and properly test the stuff... At least for PoE2. This league was very bad, not even the druid saved it. |
