Playing maps with 1 portal is a horrible experience
Miserable experience overall
Horrible patch Either "Play the game on the hardest difficulty" or waste your time because you're not getting enough rarity/mods to make any profit of mapping, so it's a legit waste of time. Then dont run 6 mod maps.
Make a build that can if you currently cant. You dont have to run 6 mod maps to gain any profit in this game. Thats to gain maximum profit. Game is not designed for ranged characters either. Mash the clean

" Not running a 1 portal map is extremely inferior, you basically lose 1/3 of base juice. This is just not exceptable to pass up on. And I don't think I have to explain how things mulitply in this game. At this point it's about getting a build that will NEVER DIE, or cry. Perhaps we could have one extra portal as a baseline on a T15 6-mod maps and maybe 0 going into later content ? As long as the difference in reward scaling isn't off the charts. |

I feel like the majority of players just take attack nodes and then question mark ping why they always die. The second option is to have the mechanical skill to not worry about it. " Hopefully not. " Don't get me wrong I have characters that won't ever die in T15-16 (maybe once in a while), it's really not that difficult considering how strong some archetypes are. But the difference in value between 2 and 3 tablets is just too big. If you can"t do three you might as well not even bother investing anything. we both know it. " No we dont both know that. And its simply not true. Thats just players who dont know what to combine, especially with the new modifiers and values. Plenty of two combos that I can think of that net MOST of the income. This is just game knowledge as the issue here. "The crux of the matter is that it used to be completely possible to add up to mods from tablets on a single tower to maps without losing Portals. Now that option is completely gone. Did anyone ask for this nerf? I don't remember anyone saying something like that. I don't think anyone ever said that it is too easy to juice maps without reducing the number of portals. What I do remember is that People disliked towers and hated not being able to overlap Tower radii. But for some weird reason the devs also decided to make it more difficult to get mods without losing portals. It is now much more difficult to have a medium experience. It's either no juice and 6 portals or all juice and no portals with nothing in between. But I didn't want the best rewards. I want some slightly better rewards while losing only one or two portals. The decision is a lot more binary now.
