Chilled Ground is going to make me QUIT THE GAME.

Just popping in to make mention of the silver charm. I haven't played since 0.1.x, but came back for 0.3.0 for the asynchronous trade.

Wanted to say thank you to the commenters who suggested silver charms. Didn't know they existed until I stumbled into this thread. I don't get nearly as many chilled ground maps as the OP, but I get a stupid amount of temporal chains curses. Usually I can see and dodge them, but in dicey situations like tight corridors or Ritual encounters, it's impossible to do so and I get hit. This charm has done wonders in making this stupid debuff tolerable.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

Are you saying that its more advantageous to run "chilled ground" because of a 20-30% rarity increase? And are you somehow trying to say that it doesn't cover a majority of the map? Because you know we're not playing on a wide open football field of a map, right? It's tons of corridors and tight areas, You are outright being disingenuous if you are trying to minimize how crap this mod is.

And also, do you even juice maps? Yes it's literally hundreds of exalts to juice maps right now

Chaotic Rarity x15 = 345 exalts alone, and that's not to mention the actual exalts bringing the maps to 6 mods before chaotic rarity

15x chaos orb alone is 120 exalted orbs


And yes it's a fact, that I did in fact end up with 12 of my juiced maps rolling "Chilled Ground" out of literally FIFTEEN, that's TWELVE MAPS, out of FIFTEEN rolling chilled ground, You're are right about one thing though, I was wrong in saying 12/15 is 90%, it's actually 80%... SOOOO sorry!!!

I use silver charm and it still sucks big time.
Damn. All that currency to map. Here I just alc + vaal and go. Maybe a couple exalt. Some delerium.

Many are convinced the only option is to do what fubgun does. Works out great for the rest of us who know there are other ways to make currency (or for those that don't care).

People are able to convince themselves pretty well, kind of like the chilled ground is a problem. Even after multiple people have said that all you need is a silver charm, they're still convinced it's a major issue and silver charm doesn't solve it.

BTW, I have nearly 2,000 hours between POE1 / POE2.

I would hope it matters that you're single mod is making a 2,000 hour POE player contemplate quitting the game.

It pops onto TOO MANY maps, And it covers TOO MUCH AREA on the MAPS.

+1. Its just to much. it feel like the Game dont wants you to play it if You hate the mod lol. Temp Chain and Chilled Ground is definitively producing agression by some Players lol. I just hard ignore them and trash it instantly. Lol.
