Revert Monster Health Nerf & Buff Boss Health

In Patch 0.2.0b, monster health was significantly reduced in the early to midgame. I think the campaign is a little too easy right now with all the new crafting options, easier accessibility to trade, more items dropping, etc. As such, the monster health nerfs listed below should be reverted to maintain the challenge.

* Monsters (Levels 8–15): Health reduced from 100% to 75% of previous values.
* Monsters (Levels 15–46): Received a flat 25% health reduction.

In addition, I think bosses in general (including mini-bosses and act bosses) are too easy and think GGG should increase boss health as follows (ramping up per Act):

* Act I Bosses: Increase Health by 10%
* Act II Bosses: Increase Health by 15%
* Act III Bosses: Increase Health by 20%
* Act IV Bosses: Increase Health by 25%

Great discussion, please enlighten me. The endgame is in a good spot in terms of difficulty, but the campaign is a little too easy right now.

GGG did say in interviews ahead of 0.3 that they worried they'd made things a little too easy, and clearly they have. It's not atrocious or anything, but it is pretty easy.

By the time act 6 comes out, the final boss should be so tough that getting to endgame is an accomplishment of skill.

And GGG getting money from their game would be an even bigger accomplishment.
I still like the challenge best when the game first launched in EA (Patch 0.1.0).

End game is supposed to be the challenge, not the campaign.
So much discussions about changing some tutorial.
