hi
one of the most important rules about customer service is being honest with your customer base. thank you for telling us what happened - it sounds like an absolute nightmare, and i hope the dev team can go get some rest after this ordeal. i am 100% certain not a single person at GGG woke up thinking "today i'm gonna change that support gem id and trash this entire patch" - it's an accident. we have all had accidents. the other day i pressed r instead of e and ran into the pew pew, dying on 99% of level. shit happens. still love you, still love the game, will be here tomorrow (and today). |

Also wanted to voice out my appreciation for the courage and honesty to communicate what went wrong when mistakes were made. These things happen and I would like to think people understand and forgive when they feel they are appreciated, which the open and communicative approach help to achieve.
Great changes guys, cannot wait the g coming online! |

Thank you for honestity and being clear, take the time you need. Looking into playing more with the last patch!
You are doing a great work! |

Thank you for your transparency and that you're taking actions to hopefully prevent this in the future. Even though I was really excited to play the patch today on a free day, I'm excited that I can play tomorrow instead. Keep it up GGG, shit happens!
