Nope, I believe. I reached CS but let's be honest, the customer service is a separate thing, the technical one - another.

Yet, I really, really hope that this will get fixed. Sadly I bet they will put some attention after tomorrow's patch. Hopefully :D


Don't bother - got a reply from the CS email 2 days ago stating they don't do tech and to write here.

BTW - issue STILL ongoing for me, as well. UK server.

They only have time to destroy most builds, but unfortunately no time to fix the servers.
3. time rollbacked in 20m and always losed everything.
3 days 65 pages of reports and multiple threads later, zero acknowledgement or communication from GGG. Pathetic. It's clear they don't prioritize these server crashes but they should at least start communicating if they're even working on debugging crashes and disconnections. Sure, on launch day they mentioned there were a lot of them and said server crashes are much easier to debug but now it's been days with the crashes only becoming more common and zero communications since then. Makes it feel GGG does not care about those who are hard-locked from playing the game they paid for and only prioritize those who can. Choosing to ignore that big of a chunk of your player base to please a few big streamers first is sucky. Fixing the balancing is good but GGG's communication is crap.
Same here, this is crazy
I constantly getting kicked from Server since Monday too. Connected over Frankfurt. One or two per day I can get along with, but starting from 5+ in a row is unplayable. I know GGG is working on it. Would appreciate an official statement on it.
playing in current servers state is a complete waste of time

ive been having constant lag spikes every single day since launch, but now we even get disconnects too? will this ever even be addressed? it certainly wasnt mentioned on their priority to do things list

I finally got to maps and on my second map I found a Perfect Jeweler's Orb! After I completed the map I wanted to return to the Hideout and then I got disconnected from the server. Of course I lost all the items in my inventory! I can't stress enough how frustrating it is to get such a rare drop as a Perfect Jeweler's Orb and for it to just disappear! Please fix the server issues! Game is unplayable at the moment for a lot of people! It's infuriating!
same here, sudden lag spikes in maps
losing connection -> reconnect -> map gone and often 1 min roll back
several times a day on EU servers / GW Frankfurt

game stability should always be prio 1
So what, the most "reasonable" option to put some attention is to create one topic, each per player with same description and title?

To the point that someone who manage the forum (again, not the people they can do anything regarding this issue) will be triggered and report this further? :D

That's seriously problematic.

I can get a lot of things:

- broken builds: can be fixed and in meantime you can try something else or do stuff slower than before
- too strong monsters: again, it takes more time but was announced to be fixed
- spectres: again, announced, will be fixed, find alternative

But servers being unstable for 4 days?
We need to find another alternative, then, too?
Seriously, I don't want to. I was hyped for a new patch so me and my second half can start playing again. Now? Either one of us is out of patience and quit due to that server issues, today's is a fourth day and it will be the same.

If I'm going to find alternative - fine, so be it, even if I don't wish to. But I don't have the luxury to play few games constantly so it ends with keeping to something else up to the new season in PoE2 most likely.

It's not a threatening or something, it's a fact that people are working on daily basis and would love to get some - at least - foggy idea about what is going to happen.

In other words: any announcement from GGG would be VERY helpful. They are working, too, there are people that are responsible for server conditions, so this is their job. I get it - not everything can be solved within a day.

But one small information about "hey, we know about that, we are working on it, please give us few days to fix it" would be enough.
