It's time for GGG to admit that hallway maps ( narrow pathways ) do not work with this game

I want these maps to work because I want "Ricochet off terrain" to create a bullet hell for the mobs
I think they just need to add significantly more 'open room' tiles to each map tileset and disperse their hallway tiles more sparsely between the larger rooms. The occasional choke point is fun but the whole map being a choke point is not.
+1, finding this so completely obnoxious I just don't want to play.

Many enemies' abilities don't seem to suffer even close to as much as player abilities do, in these scenarios, to boot. Feels bad.

I dont care about the mechanics because the mechanics are trash and worthless. The fact they dont work in some maps doesnt really bother me.

Maybe these mechanics need to be put somewhere else?
Well, I play Titan, so I don't see the problem. Maybe if I had one button zoom zoom build that would ba a pain.

I like those corridor maps as they remind me more of a campaign experience with slower combat.

What I would love to see is some kind of item so you can choose/change biome.
That way I can have my vaal factory (which I love for the look and feel).

And you could have your empty whatever map to zoom zoom 10 breaches with 80% delirium sth ;)

Narrow Hallway Maps create many issues with Rituals, Breaches, Expeditions.

Then tehy create issues with Spark being basically unbalancable in these kinds of maps. Nerfing it on those maps means its to weak on other Maps.

Minions are less of an issue i think

I clear all the narrow corridor awful layout maps with easy or lower lvl maps . I dont even apply precursors until ive cleared .

For me crypt is the worst i once had an expedition spawn there spread across 3 corridors and the NPC was in one of the secret rooms you open with a lever and i couldnt even reach 90% of the event due to the pathing
