I mean, the support is completely overloaded because a lot of ppl made tickets for things they shouldn't.
That you now have to wait for a response has to do with it, but is not the only reason.
The overload is one, that GGG needs more ppl working in support is another, but that you've sent multiple tickets is probably the biggest reason.

Every time you send a new ticket you don't "remember" them to look at your ticket, in fact, you basically delete your old ticket and "queue" again.

For example, if your ticket was position 50 in line and you then wrote the support again you go directly to the end of the line and could end up as position 50.000. And you did it multiple times, so... yeah.

Im not doin that too Im waiting my turn my last ticket was on 22.02.2025
