Besides a few ppl, the GGG support was considered really good for years.
That they have problems now solving tickets, especially when ppl "re-open/re-send" tickets over and over, while GGG has not enough staff, is reality and will be solved with some time.

It's been 16 days since that post was made, and another month prior to that when their support service was well below par, due to events of their own making. They didn't randomly decide to release a new game without prior knowledge; they knew the need for support would ramp up, and how many players they have.

Just how long do you want to give them a pass for? It's not like they even need people to show up in person, they can hire people to work from home, on short term contracts, to manage the load. If they don't have the requisite infrastructure in place to do so, it is (again) a lack of management foresight on their behalf.

The fact that they have been good in the past shouldn't give limitless good will into the future; that's how garbage produts and services become acceptable. There are countless examples of this very thing in video game companies alone.

To be clear; their current support is not just sub-par; it is functionally non-existent. There are people who submitted tickets close to the release of PoE2 that still have non-functional accounts today. If you're happy to give them a hall-pass for that, you are part of the problem.

so you played 800hrs in 2 months which is about 14-15hrs a day and say the game is bad.

GGG defenders on this forum really sound like old blizzard fan "you know bro, they are awesome, I know it's bad time but if we give them just another last chance they gonna fix it". No you ****** **** they gonna give you shit and you gonna eat it, because you deserve it for defending it.

Im saying support is bad and this makes the game bad I played more than 18 hours a day in the first week I was only sleeping 2 hours a day and keeping play other hours and I cant play the game for 17 days and that shit drives me crazy at the moment its a simple thing and they not givin shit about it

in this case I dont wanna even play poe 2 anymore and waiting the poe 1 new league but probably they cant even manage to do a new league for another mounths so bouth of the games gonna crash out
