PoE 2 Trial of the Sekhemas Waypoint not showing up

This is still an issue. I finished act 2, came back to do sekhmas, and now there is no waypoint on the map. My character is basically bricked out of doing trial until this is fixed?

Same here , cant ascend because no trial on map even i slaugthert the djinn several times.

same, no waypoint, just "TALK TO ZARKA" and nothing I can do. Killed Balbala several times and so on. how its still a thing

I have the same bug, I didn't pick up the coin when killing the boss, and now I don't have access to the waypoint, through support they replied that I should look for the answer on the forum

I killed the balbala but I didn't take the djin baryu thinking that I don't need it when I have a full box of them, but since I didn't take it, the quest item won't drop again and until you have the quest item with you, you can't enter the location where the trial is in any way, so you can't port to anyone who is there to take the WP and you can't even travel to the diamond which logically isn't there because you don't have the quest item, it's a pretty stupid system this, as if it would matter so much if when you enter act 2 you could access the trial immediately without any conditions, it would immediately solve the most stupid bug that they are not able to fix and which now forces me to simply ascend through the chaos which I absolutely hate and moreover I have to go like a dick more than 3 times because of retarded fragments on the final boss.

so if someone from the dev team ever reads this, please make the trials available without the nonsensical conditions like having a quest item on you or letting the quest item drop even though I didn't take it the first time....

They're super behind on bugs. Like its getting kinda insane.

I also have this issue. I have to talk to Zarka (quest: Ascent to Power), but there is nothing to talk about with her.

This happened after i ignored the trial, and went to do trial of Chaos instead. Thinking that i might get 4 points by skipping it, but it seems that this is not possible.

It's a long story, but I hope you'll read it—because it's genuinely interesting. Honestly, I don't think the devs are capable of fixing this bug. If your game bugs out, it always does, even if you remake your character. And if your game doesn't bug, then it never does. I'm on PS5, and the fact that some people aren't experiencing the bug proves it's not a "your system issue," which just makes no sense to me.

So, I tried a few things, and something really weird happened, which is why I'm posting this.

I skipped killing the balbala in Act 2 and just moved on with the story. Then, in Act 3, I got a random drop from a regular enemy: Balbala’s Vaalya.

Like I said, I hadn’t killed the balbala in Act 2, so I didn’t have Jin’s Vaalya. What the hell? Isn’t this some behavior even the devs don’t know about? I thought that and went back to kill the balbala in Act 2—Jin’s Vaalya dropped. I went to Sekhemas, used Jin’s Vaalya, and got the Ascendancy Point like normal.

At this point I thought: “Hey, since I have Balbara’s Vaalya, maybe I can finally break through this garbage bug by killing the balbala in Act 5!”

So I killed the Act 5 her. She didn’t drop any coin. Fine, I thought, Balbara’s Vaalya is already in my inventory, makes sense.

But then the “acent to power quest” doesn’t trigger.

You know that line everyone keeps seeing: “Talk to zarka”? It doesn’t even show up.

No matter what I do—equipping Balbara’s Vaalya, using the Sekhemas device, nothing works. The quest won’t trigger. I got so sick of it that I just moved on to the next Acts.

Then finally, randomly, Jin’s Vaalya dropped again from a normal mob. The exact moment that happened, the quest triggered. It actually told me to go talk to zarka!

I was so excited—and guess what? I talk to her and NOTHING happens.

She just stares at me in silence, even though I have Balbara’s Vaalya in my inventory. This game is completely broken. I’m done.

I even tried putting Balbara’s Vaalya in the Sekhemas contraption again, beat the two bosses, touched the device that should give you the point—and it didn’t respond at all.

I honestly want a refund. I’m uninstalling.
