PoE 2 Trial of the Sekhemas Waypoint not showing up

I tossed my green barya from Act 2 balbala kill. I then saw the quest once I went to the ardura caravan, using the DESERT Map NOT the waypoint, you'll see Trial of Sekhemas on the desert map that you can go to and once there activate the waypoint and you're all set like me.

Trial of the Sekhemas the final boss escaped to the reward room and didn't come back, the door was locked, and another week of trying to get there

The only solution is to do chaos trial and get all ascendancy points there or create a new character. It doesn't look like this bug will be fixed in the near future.
