[3.23] Nimis + The Adorned Frost Blades All Content

hi, Frost Blades is my favorite skill in POE, It has a nice mapping speed,
I don't know why everyone played with Tricker, for me, Slayer is the best choice, so I decided to promo the Slayer Frost Blades I played many leagues.

You can check the POB and video first, My English is pretty basic, i will try to introduce this build.

for the return proj, you need at least 140% proj speed to make it hit the enemy, so we need 8 * proj speed from the jewel and at least 138% The Adorned
so 8*2.38 = 19

Charm:
Chaos Resistance per Endurance Charge
Gain Adrenaline for 4 seconds when you reach Low Life
Warcries grant 2 Rage per 5 Power if you have less than 25 Rage
Leech is Instant
Melee Hits have chance to Fortify
+% to Critical Strike Multiplier against Burning Enemies
% increased Critical Strike Chance against Shocked Enemies

Magic Jewel:
3 * fractured 8% proj speed, then use alt util you get 7% life, it's super easy
3 * fractured +18% to Critical Strike Multiplier with One Handed Melee Weapons

super easy and cheap

Defense:
high hp with 5500hp
8 endurance charges with permanent endurance cry with 3s cooldown(recovery 2k hp)
94% spell suppress
nonstop leech, and some leech instant
Berserk, Fortify, and Adrenaline
70% chaos res
Tempest Shield(immune shock)
Evade: 33%, Block: 30%, Spell Block: 26%

Looks very interesting, I like the approach of working with inverted resistances to buff boss dmg. Question though, from what point onwards is this build generally playable? Like, cut replica farruls ofc, but what about the rest? Do you have like a leveling or budget setup? Would need that to consider this build for a 3.23 leaguestart

The fortify implicit on the sword alone is like 60 divs... Is not having the implicit a significant loss? How would you go about making up for it?

it was super cheap before, I bought 5 for around 1000dps with 1div then Double corruption, I hit the fortify on the second time.

before I got the fortify weapon, I use fortify support to replace Endurance Charge on Melee Stun Support, but it will missed around 35% damage

Would you play this without fortify? Rakiata's isn't that cheap anymore -- they're about 1.5 div with worst possible rolls. I've got about 100D to throw at this build, but the inflation is really hurting.

you can try without fortify, never playered without fority, maybe you can use the tattoo to get the fority, just lost 1 maximum frenzy/endurace charge, and 1 passive point

I think it will work pretty well with tattoo fortify, but just wanna ask, can you do 100% deli? Probably yes right?

Is ashes a must have? is there any other pob for lower budgets perhaps?
