Heist sound crash since update. No sound until game close Ps4

Tried it lost sound effects on 7th contract. Thanks for suggesting but doesn't work. Please fix game it's horrible.

Do you guys still fix bugs for Playstation or just use it to collect whatever money you can get?

It seems Consoles are really an afterthought, with minimal investment and support from GGG. Perhaps we should way more vocal on Reddit (as it seems that is the only way to get them to do something). Or just stop playing the game althogether.

When was the first time this leauge that it happened? During leveling, or after reaching maps or something?

In delve standard. Happening all day...

yeah happened to me today in both Heist and Delve

Ran about 20 Heists so far and had no more sound crashes in 3.19, even with two Rogues or the mass spawning of rats that made it bug out for me last league.

Here's to hoping it stays that way. Old PS4, last fresh install was in 3.17 (I think).

Now that I hear it hasn't changed for others, I'm tempted to roll one of my Glacial Hammer or Wild Strike Inquisitors for whom it happened regularly and see if it's still the same for me too ... oh hold on, I can just play them in standard. Will do that next time I fire up PoE. After a 30 hour campaign playthrough on a freshly cooked up build of mine, I need a break.

This is not fixed...

Happened again, this time in Harvest. So far this league it happened for me in Heist, Delve and Harvest.

I'm playing on PS5, sound coming from the TV speakers, not using headphones. I restart my console every 5h and it still happens.

When the sound crashed, it makes the same sound as when you unplug the Aux from a speaker, like a popping/crackling sound, then nothing. even if you change character, the sound doesnt come back. You have to fully close POE then it returns to normal.
