Character slots.

i also think that stashtabs will be the reason for peeps to start their first mt. the high amount of character slots will eventually lead to it.

For all the 'complainers' and people worried about GGG, probably they could start to sell a char slot decreasing option? ^^ (never below 6 slots, but maybe with increasing cost per slot?) ;)

The same can be said for stash tabs - in fact, there's nothing stopping people from making multiple characters/accounts instead of buying stash tabs right now, but people still buy 'em because of the convenience factor. I think the same applies to character slots - sure, some people would make multiple accounts, but some would also buy more slots in the cash shop. :)

It's fine, I don't like deleting characters(waste of time), and I like to redo builds and create a lot of characters. I'm fine with how it is. Can they really lower it now, since people like me already have so many characters? How would that work.

We already have a plague of horribly hooked altaholics, now you're gonna take away their lifesource and bleed their wallets dry? For shame.

They could. Just like there are already situations that let you exceed the limit, it would simply prevent you from creating new chars as long as you're over the cap: to take part in race events, you'd have to delete other chars first to make free slot(s).

This is probably the most idiotic thread i have seen in these forums and thats saying quite a lot.
Yeah ofcource GGG could be greedy and try to cough out money from everyone for extra character slots, but their not that stupid.
More characters a person has the more slot they have for cosmetics and more need they have for extra stash tabs(these are most likely the most common gateway to buying micros).
Char slots aren't even ment to be a great source of money, their just there for those who really want to make 24+ characters.

I would be having a difficult time if there were less slots than 24.
I have all of mine full with level 25+ characters. I have to delete higher and higher each time i race...

Racing makes having a lot of slots necessary

Well i quess that depends on your mentality but i atleast only need 1 slot for racing as i just delete the characters once the race ends(well okey i kept one as she was on the way to a build i wanted to try next anyway).
