It depends on what you are trying to craft. If it's just this base, I think these modifiers are okay. You can also Orb of Dominance and multimod if successful. If you are trying to Awakening Orb it, then Orb of Dominance is still a good consideration. Otherwise you have to try to Annul the other modifier off.

The physical modifier is extremely easy to roll with Harvest reforge physical, so whether you want to restart depends on the end product you are trying to craft.

Some area of improvements:
1. Quality your belt, Circle of Guilt.
2. You can get a better amulet with flat physical and DoT multiplier and quality it too.
3. Despair is not the best curse, you really want Vulnerability. The difference is huge.
4. For your chest implicit, you want spell block from Eater and Tempest Shield buff effect for Exarch. Unallocate Versatile Combatant.
5. You need to quality your gems and get a L21 Lacerate.

So I put in the PoB from Mern at the top of the build and it just puts one actual full tree. It doesn't break down the points like you said it did in the initial post. Am I doing something wrong, I'm not quite sure.

Edit: I see now it was someone else that had another PoB that broke things down, but that's showing it for 3.16 not 3.17. Again, not sure if I did something wrong. Lol

Hi Zeroshion, the build is the same for 3.16/17. The Eldritch Implicits are pretty straight forward so I have not updated them in the 3.17 guide.

This is a tough one because you are trying to increase DPS while running Determination and Fortify. Your tree looks a lot similar to Mern's PoB but his weapon is on a different level. It would increase your DPS from 1.8M to 2.7M alone.

I think in order to have better damage, you need to sacrifice some defenses. That being said, the following are some area you can adjust immediately:

1. Smite of the Weak on your large cluster is not useful since it does not increase bleed damage. Remove it and the small nodes connected to it. Take the other small node between Fuel the Fight and jewel socket. This will give you 2 extra skill points.

2. Watcher's Eye with Determination does not benefit you as much anymore. Try the Pride Watcher's Eye.

3. Use L21 Lacerate and Divergent Chance to Bleed, quality your Blood Rage.

4. Work forwards Vanquisher notable, you will get it by L95.

5. Removed node leading to the large cluster socket in the bottom left and allocated Bannerman.

6. Your belt can be better rolled.

With the above changes, your DPS will increase from 1.8M to 2.7M (Edit: assuming your 6-link is maximum level and quality). A better weapon will further increase it to 3.5M+. Jack, the Axe will boost it to 3.1M but your HP is slightly on the lower side without Surrender's life recovery.

One last note, you can get a better rare jewel (i.e. life, DoT multi etc).

There's 1 thing I don't get though, on theory my rare axe has more pdps and Dot multiplier than Jack, but true that Jack axe increases my dps a lot more, is it because of the Thirst for Blood ?

Also, what do you think about Forbidden jewels for "Reigning Veteran"? They are very cheap. Initially I was thinking using them and take Areana Challenger for quality of life, but then I realize it costs 2 jewel sockets and that I have not capped my block chance so not yet

Yes, Thirst for Blood is 20% More multiplier for bleeding (it's providing 80% damage of a L1 Brutality). Since Jack also has built-in DoT multiplier, you will need a lot more flat damage from your rare axe to compensate.

For Forbidden jewels, I am not a big fan of them because for 2 good rare jewels, you can get +10%-14% maximum life, +12%-16% physical DoT multiplier (and other modifiers). For now, I don't see any Ascendancy notable that is worth the trade off. Edit: This is my opinion only, if they are cheap, feel free to experiment.

Hi, i just came back after some years and after i checked many threads i came to this build and i like it. I have most of the stuff i need (not high end but ok), but this spell-block-change will hurt me a lot i think.
How can i craft it on my chest (implicit) plz?
