Hi Gira,

Here are my thoughts (not in order):

1. Weapon: I think we can Harvest keep prefix reroll suffix (until you only have the fractured mod), then Multimod + %physical damage + DoT multiplier. I tested it on Craft of Exile, make sure you do the same before you commit.

2. Gloves: Looks like you already switched to Hands of the High Templar, however I strongly recommend to get at least one with +1 level to socketed gems and Vulnerability on Hit (costs about 4ex with single curse). This will free up your Warlord ring and provides stronger curse effect (48% vs 20%/32%). Maybe switch for a Vermillion ring + Essence of Delirium (or Circle of Guilt).

3. Large Cluster: Ideally you want to get Wound Aggravation. I don't know if there is a way to determine the location of the nodes.

4. Watcher's Eye: you want to roll for 58%+ for your Pride modifer.

5. Gloves/Boots/Belt enchants: Good to have.

6. Gems: Divergent Pride, Anomalous/Divergent Flesh and Stone

Everything else looks solid. You can refer to Mern's PoB to draw some high end gear inspiration. Enlighten L4 is really expensive, so I will probably so exclude it in the guide moving forward.

First thing I need to clarify is the gear in the league start PoB is more mid league gear. Now, let's see how far we can push your DPS.

First, I made the following changes in Configuration. This will bring down your DPS to 1.646 million and we will go from there.
1. Check enemy is bleeding
2. Check enemy is maimed
3. Is the enemy a boss? Sirus

Equipment:
1. Weapon: 20-30% quality your axe (20% 1.717, 30% 1.752). Let's assume 20%.
2. Helmet: you really don't want reduce effect of shock because you are immune to shock. Try rolling for increased mana reservation (Eater) and vulnerability effect (Exarch) or reduce mana cost of attacks (Exarch). Let's assume 25% increased vulnerability curse effect (1.749).
3. Amulet: you really want to aim T1-2 flat physical and T1-2 physical DoT multiplier (under 100c). This will boost your damage to 1.857. You should also anoint your amulet, whether defensive or offensive is up to you.
4. Boots: you want to have bleeding deal damage faster as implicit (let's assume 5% 1.908).
5. Flasks: you want one life flask and replace the other one with either Lion's Roar or Rumi's Concoction.

Gems:
1. Make sure all gems are 20% quality and Lacerate is L21. Also, use Divergent Chance to Bleed instead of the normal one. This will boost your damage to 2.249. When you have more currency, upgrade Melee Physical Damage and Brutality to Awakened version (2.444).

Tree:
Your tree is okay, you can still get a couple of levels and get a cluster jewel.

In conclusion, the above adjustment will increase your damage to about 2.249 million (without Awakened gems) which is about 3.237 on normal minion.

One more thing, for gloves, you can get physical DoT multiplier as implicit, it is better than your current implicit. I forgot which Exarch or Eater.

Small improvements do add up.
