your gear is pretty good for non frenzy ring non headhunter investment, you need to check the conditions in calc tab in pob to see the real dmg, like ignited, leeching etc, and final single target is about 15m

you want to craft double damage on your bow because Overwhelm gives you base crit. you also don't need to allocate Vigor because Masterful Form locks your max end charges to frenzy charges

it's ok, craft attack speed. speed is mandatory for most bows except weird ass mine bow or bleed whatever

How can you use 7 watchers eyes if its lmited to only 1?

For me it doesn't make sense to put 7 or 8 watcher's eyes into the slots - I assume this is only to trick path of build/poe.ninja and generate millions of dps.

From my testings there is no beenefit in putting in more than one watcher's eye.
