Elemental Hit - Ranged Slayer [3.14] | 4 mil. dps no flasks

I play a Cyclone Slayer and soon i will switch with this build.

What do you think about the bow to use ?

Is Solarine Bow with flat fire as implicit is a good idea ?

Because they are really cheap when we are looking for a base with +2 Arrows and +2 bow gem.

And another question :

Why nobody's craft crit chance on bow, because we can keep 2 ascendency points ( Overwhelm ) and use it for another thing. For exemple Bane of Legend who give %20 Culling strike and attack and move speed.

It's just one suffix on a bow.
