Just wondering ... is it worth it to switch over from Crown of Inward Eye to the -9 fire res helmet, if the helmet doesn't include any increased elemental damage modifiers? Just wondering how you decided what the tipping point was to make that switch?

TLDR: How much better is -9% fire res helmet (without increased ele dmg) compared to crown of inward eyes? Is it worth spending like 50-100ex?
