Im pretty sure that its random placing, before buying try it out in PoB. The weapon is okay, little weak flat phys mod tho.

Placement of devastator is random. You can only check it before buying in pob and thats it, if you already own that one its better to just sell and buy another one that has devastator in the right place.

As for weapon i would try to get better one given this craft costs a bit too.

Is anyone able to help me out? First time building from scratch and trying to really push this season. So far I've ended up with a decent staff, not sure where it compares to his budget levels though, somewhere between 90ex and endgame? maybe...

I have everything I'm meant to, gloves, annointments, curse rings, curse chest, .. where do I go from here? What takes it from 20mil dps to 130? (Bottled faith for sure, but also..?)

Also - Definitely lacking in defence. Still dying pretty easy in ultimatums even with 30/50 block, 4.6k hp and 1.2k ES.

Really enjoying the build so far ! Rolling on early red maps with a 4L with ease.

I've started preparing the transition to crit but trying to fossil craft the staff is a nightmare so far, 90 tries and nothing good out of it. Gotta whisper more people...

Umm.. Maybe get 6l? i mean 6l chest with correct colors is like 20c and you can use one essence of greed to get good life on it?

How does PoB figure it out? The information you give to PoB must contain this information as well.

Mostly none,all target annulments are gone pretty much.

I checked PoeDB, we can still remove specific mods from non influenced items. I already have staff waiting with some flat lightning.

Yeah, thank you for your help. I fibally got the staff too and I start to understand better which crafts are still doable.

playing this build from day 1 and I am having such a blast !

killing the whole screen is insane and give such a powerfull feeling !

the problem I am having atm is going from the non crit to the budget midgame crit version.

I did like al the math on POB and can't find any reason why I can't get more critical strike chance.

When I max out everything on my POB I have like 60% at max, when the POB here has like 80% (without flasks and assassin's mark up).

Can someone help me here?

Second question : Is the staff I am using good or could it be better? The cold damages is a bit sad, but the rest is pretty good I think.
