Additionally there are latency spikes from your computer to your router of up to 281ms. The latency spikes are severe enough to bring your average ping to your router up to 7ms, which is quite high. I would recommend seeing if you can improve your connection to your router (e.g. connect directly with ethernet, or reposition stuff) and then running the capture again to see if there is any improvement.
