Failed to connect to instance.

Happened to me 4 times today, only at maps with Conqueers influence and activated Delirium.
I think it due too much units(conq units+delirium+my ~30 summons)?(Frankfurt)

This happens to me frequently. Looking forward to a fix.

Having this problem constantly. It mostly happens while logging in or changing maps/locations. I can't finish the labyrinth because of this issue. Kicks me out of the game all the time while trying to go to the next area and it resets. Lots of failed attempts and wasted Offerings. Please fix this

Currently happening to me since last 15-20 min.

As I was running WinMTR...the situation resolved itself..

I did a test with WinMTR and I have 0 packet loss. My connection is 100Mpbs with a really low ping(around 2-4ms) so this is totally not about my connection or pc. This started after last patch so please fix this

I have been fine for years until today. There wasn't even a patch today that I know of unless steam auto updated. I can't do anything with instancing. I can zone into almost any major city/hideout with no problems but as soon as I try to go into a zone with monsters this error happens.

I have tried everything I can think of and everything pertaining to this that I have found on the forums and for me right now its unplayable.

I have put probably close to 60+ hours since league start with not 1 single issue until this today.

I'm having severe connection issues with the same error message, i have lag issues that make my character fall behind my movement/skill commands by 1-10 seconds, crashes usually after about 5 minutes. I played for the most part of yesterday with zero problems. woke up early today to a patch download and i begin having issues. This is not on my end. switched to connect to California servers. i dont think ive disconnected since. possibly something going on with TX servers i dont know. Never mind still freeze on california servers.

hi, this issue is back a year and 2 months later! I can't log in! both yesterday and today, login attemps succeed, but trying to play as any character and enter the game causes "Failed to connect to instance." and a forced logout.
