Just got the same issue, I am usually on the SG server, changed to Aus server still happening. Will try to use the Japan server when I come back from dinner

Keeps happening to me today, trying to practice league start and I got this error 2 runs in a row now trying to enter City of Sarn, and now entering Merveils Cavern. I get the Failed to connect to instance message and can't enter the zone at all even after trying again multiple times...
I really hope this will be fixed with the league launch -.- |

Started happening with me in Blight and now the new season. Can't play till fixed which I hope will be soon.
