I wouldn't really know, i've never tried crafting weapons. But yeah bloodstained is a must for sure, maybe aetheric and metallic too, but don't take my word for it ! :)

You could get better daggers (multimod ones go for like 8-10ex). You could also get a penetration or added damage to spells on your vinktar since conversion gives you nothing.
And maybe getting quality on your Vaal Spark gem will help you with clearspeed ! :)

For no regen maps they're harder to start as it's not easy to get your first charges, but they're definitely doable ! You just need to get used to it I guess ! :)

I don't think assassin can run the build as we rely a lot on % increased of flask of the Pathfinder to make the build work ! :)

It can farm them pretty easily ! ;)
