It's a completly different orientation, and to be proper min maxed it's way more expensive than the Jugger version (Atziri reflexion is a must have, and a rare shaped regalia will surpass in many way IH).
You are way less tankier than Jugger, even if you have higher max ES. And you rely a lot on curses.
There is 2 differents orientations, which is mostly a choice between 3 or 4 curses version.

3 Curse will certainly be a budget solution and may have higher ES, but lower DPS and control over ennemis. This make it in some way less safe than the 4 curse version.

And obviously, the tree and gems setup are completly differents.

As an example of what you can do, this is the pastebin of my Bethrayal MS howa occultist (4 curse) : https://pastebin.com/yYg9NhEE
Many things can be upgraded (mostly the belt and the helmet and the boots).
If you want to see an extremly min maxed version, just check the profil of PoEDan79 character name : DanOnlyClassViable lvl 100 (from Bethrayal league). Do not forget to switch orb of storm with Wave of conviction.

do you think it's possible to port the core of this to a wild strike build? If yes, what else would you change besides the obvious things like enchantments, tree adjustments, and unique jewels?

My resistances are overcapped mainly due to jewels (too lazy to switch out into higher dps ones) and switching out a ring for Sibyl's Lament so I can do elemental reflect maps which tend to be cheaper with high quant already rolled.

Just curious, what is the depth in Delve you have managed to go with this build until things get too lethal?

HI. This build can be quite complex and can be quite expensivr
If you have never tried the game before, I would suggest using a league starter build and not this.

It can go quite deep. I did 700 in delve league. Havnt delved that deep since.

But the deeper you go, the more ES pool you want. That is why an occultist build is actually better for deep delving, because they have defensive curses and a larger es pool.
