For the Quill Rain, is the projectile speed stat worth somethingt or not ?

So I just got 47 on my Occultist following this build. I like the clear speed, but sometimes I get randomly one shot. Any tips?

Why not run Zealoth's Oath? It would provide additional 127 ES regenarion per second spending only 1 skill point

" Ah right. Yeah that is good idea, dropped the mana flask for it (as I dont have any mana problems atm, as Quill Rain simply regens every mana cost, even when I am levelling roa) My builds:

Hi there
this build is amazing ! I have just a noob question : Does swaping the hoa / rain of arrow setup betwin armor and quill rain afect the build ? i have now 4g / 2b on quill rain easily so i think i'll do this unless there is something bad happening doing this with the ci build :) |
