Don't recommend something you are not tried. This garbage will be one-shotted all the time and all i have to say is one word: Nullifier.

If you want to afk tank as much as possible, the combination of high regen (to counter degens) and recovery on block is the way to go. Add to that a bunch of layered defenses so you take very little damage in the first place.

ES recovery on block is available on Aegis Aurora unique shield (assuming a reasonably high value of armor) and as a mod on shaped shields. High regen comes from Zealot's Oath passive and lots of regen nodes/gear. Put those things on a build with 15k ES and max block, then a bunch of other defenses and you're in business. You won't really do damage, but you didn't ask for damage.

Life recovery on block is available on shaped shields, but you can't quite hit the same levels of life as you can ES, especially in standard.

Demigodking's Spider Queen is an example of such a build using the ES recovery shaped shield version. You could find other build guides using Aegis or a shaped life recovery shield.

Another approach - xirgil cranker occultist. Still should be beware of heavy dots.

If the OP goes with a LL RF build and then starts searching through all the build guides, just be aware that many of those only maintain their ES and only "regen" when the Guardian's ascendency kicks in (and that's only 1/3rd of the ES). Jugg RF builds these days seem to have good regen but they're not unkillable like they're said to be. I'd stick with Jugg between the two even though I randomly stumbled on this guy's thread and that looks really good.

You can basically go afk surrounded by huge packs and facetank endlessly.

The only threats to this build are damage over time from Essence Drain or strong ignites, plus the 1-shot boss skills that are meant to be avoided anyway (Shaper Slam, Core Malachai Slam etc...)

Other than that, enemies´ hits are basically healing you, and everything up to T16 is very easy & safe to play.
