ISO best tank build possible

I'm sick of getting one shot in this garbage game. I want a tank build with the following requirements.

1 MUST BE ABLE TO LITERALLY STAND IN THE MIDDLE OF DAMAGE OF A T16 MAP AND SURVIVE.

2 CAN BE HEALTH, CI, OR A MIX

3 MUST BE ABLE TO AT LEAST CLEAR T16 WITH REASONABLE DAMAGE

4 MUST USE ACTIVE SKILLS, NO SUMMONER GARBAGE

Let me know if you have a build that fits this category. I just want something god like face tank possible.

Gladiator full block - any skill you like :P

LL RF Managuard.

Also if u vaal T16 for 5-6 actual mods I doubt even 20k ES wonder would help without actual user skill. Just got my 17k regen tank wiped out yesterday.
I think the build you are looking for is called: Learning the game and actually manually avoiding dangerous situations.

Otherwise: Zerphi flask.
If you're willing to have someone run an aura-bot or run a second account of your own you might be able to pull it off... otherwise "standing there" will get you killed every time.
PoE is not Industry Standard Organization compliant.  :)
"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.

I recommend a 100% ele resistances pathfinder with 100% of physical damage taken as elemental damage or permanent imortal call by romiras + volls devotion and ic in a poets pen.

You can add ci but then the build starts getting weird and very expensive. There are a few guides on ranger forums.
also dont run -max resistances on this build.

Pathfinder looks interesting. I tried gladiator I died constantly no thanks. Isn't the juggernaut marauder supposed to have great survivability? Regardless need more suggestions.
Pathfinder relies on flask management which kind of goes against your "just stand there" condition.

Jugger wont "just stand there" either. You'll need leach to complement regen or you wont see good enough recovery from taking damage. But they can be pretty tanky, especially with the right gearing.
You can get a pretty tanky character using ES per hit watcher's eye and CWDT+some skills that hit a lot (ball lightning, firestorm, bladefall, cremation+GMP...)
