They had sales, i was willing to buy some stuff (its Christmas and new-year etc) and didn't purchase anything since they are still using xsolla. Chriss mentioned like probably a month ago now that they would provide an alternate method of payment or reverting back to the old payment method and nothing has been mentioned since. So i'm just stopping all my purchases towards GGG. And i know of a lot of people doing the same at the moment. Not sure why they are not giving us new info regarding this since it's a prime-time for purchases for them.(festive mood and all that jazz) I'd like to get an update on this from GGG to be honest. Thanks for posting this. I was going to keep playing so now I am thinking of quitting. I play on Xbox One. So I have to go through this Xsolla to buy anything on Xbox One? I just want to play, I do not want to worry now I can be charged hidden fees.
Guess no more buying till I see where GGG is doing or going with this. This is really worrying. |

" I got a very interesting response from a GGG representative, with a link to a reddit post by Chris stating that they are going to switch back to the previous payments processor. I added the information to my initial post. :) But I still will not be making any more payments until this is sorted out. |

^That was the statement of chriss i was referring to and i read it when he released it.

It's definitely affecting their sales. Stripe might cost more, but they do a decent job and nobody even knows they exist (a good job is when people take you for granted). Xsolla is just a massive shitstorm. Leaked user information, additional tip cost, pre-payment approvals, and now repeated payment errors on my end. |

" They still haven't done that yet. Everything is still going through Xsolla. :/ If people are worried about using them, they can just get a prepaid debit card or gift card. Worked for me. Not the ideal solution but worth it for the peace of mind knowing your account isn't going to get fucked with. :) Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.
